MyChart is an online tool that lets patients at Addenbrooke’s and The Rosie hospitals access parts of their health record securely. It is part of the hospitals' Epic system.

Why use MyChart?
MyChart helps you keep track of your health by providing access to your hospital information, such as:
- Upcoming and past appointments
- Current health problems or conditions
- Test results
- Medications and allergies
- Your vital signs (e.g., weight, height, blood pressure)
- Medical history and family history
- Implant activity (if applicable)
- Research studies (if applicable)
You can also use MyChart to:
- Check-in for appointments
- Message your care team (if available)
- Download your recent visit records
- Share your information securely with other healthcare providers, like your GP
MyChart helps you stay informed about your care and improves communication with your doctors and nurses.
How to sign up for MyChart
You can sign up for MyChart in two ways:
- Complete the online registration form (opens in a new tab)
- Ask a clinic receptionist or your clinical team about signing up during your next appointment
Once signed up, you can access MyChart from your smartphone (Apple or Android), tablet, or computer.

MyChart works with screen readers.
How to access MyChart
- On the website: Log in on the MyChart website (opens in a new tab).
- On Your Smartphone: Download the MyChart app from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android). When asked, select "Cambridge University Hospitals."
