In the United States, I served as an ordained Lutheran parish minister in Minneapolis, Minnesota for 24 years, as well as a youth specialist for 10 years prior to my ordination.
My wife, Annie, is Professor of Music Therapy and Director of Cambridge Institute of Music Therapy Research (CIMTR) at Anglia Ruskin University (the reason for our move to Cambridge, UK).
Our two daughters, Gray and Caroline, are also university students at Anglia Ruskin University and live with Annie and I, and our little Cavachon dog, Oliver, in Cambridge. Currently, I am in candidacy for ordination into the Church of England.
When not working, I enjoy riding my bike around Cambridge, walking, playing guitar, and playing chess.
