My current role
I work with children of all ages who are being assessed for, or who have received, cochlear implants or hearing implants. As part of the rehabilitation team, we support children with their hearing implants, listening, and communication skills.
Previous history
I am a Speech and language therapist who has worked with children who have a variety of speech, language, and communication needs. I have also worked with adults who have communication and swallowing difficulties as a result of acute illness e.g. stroke, neurological conditions.
Membership and accreditations
I am a member of HCPC (health and care professions council) and The RCSLT (Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists).
