Jon has been the Chief Operating Officer of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH) since April 2024, having previously worked as COO at CUH in 2019-20 and first worked here as the Service Manager for T&O in 1996.
Jon has extensive experience working as a Chief Operating Officer, having worked in this role at a number of NHS Trusts including BARTS, UHNM, BHRUT and Manchester.
Jon also is engaged as International Faculty for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement as an expert in Operational Management.
In his role at CUH, Jon leads on the operational aspects of the Trust’s work and is responsible for the delivery organisational and national objectives through the five Clinical Divisions.
