My current role
I am a consultant musculoskeletal radiologist and have particular interests in imaging sports injuries and imaging arthritis. I am currently vice-president of the British Society of Skeletal Radiology, serving on the annual meeting program planning committee of the RSNA.
Previous history
I am involved in imaging amateur and professional athletes from a wide variety of sports from around the country and was involved in the development and provision of sports imaging services for the London 2012 Olympics, Manchester Commonwealth Games and World Indoor Athletics (Birmingham).
Along with my local teaching commitments I also teach and lecture at national and international meetings.
I have served on committees for the International Skeletal Society and European Society of Radiology and in the past I have served on the executive committee of the European Society of Skeletal Radiology, been the treasurer of the British Society of Skeletal Radiology and I have been the program chair of the ISS refresher course.
