Drawn to allergy medicine by the experience of allergic illness in her family, Priya treats both children and adults. During her training as a specialist in allergy, Priya has been invited by the British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology to give presentations at their annual conferences. She is the trainee representative for allergy in the East of England, and passionate about recruiting new trainees into Allergy and has taken part in the Royal College of Physicians and BMJ careers fairs. Priya’s clinical and research interests are in drug allergy and she has published papers on systemic reactions following skin testing and allergy to contrast agents used in MRI (magnetic resonance imaging).
