My current role
I work in respiratory medicine at CUH with a clinical interest in COPD.
I lead the cardiopulmonary exercise testing service. I am clinical Director for Allergy, Immunology, Infectious diseases and respiratory teams at CUH.
My research concerns the lived experience of people with COPD and changes in the services provided to support better health outcomes.
I am clinical lead for the East of England Respiratory Network.
Previous history
I studied at University of Sheffield and did my initial post graduate work in Glasgow There I undertook my PhD in exercise physiology before moving to work as a registrar, later consultant, in Cambridge.
