My current role
I am a full time paediatric neurologist working at CUHFT since 2011. I have a special interest in paediatric neuromuscular disorders, childhood headaches and tics, and childhood onset demyelinating disorders including multiple sclerosis.
Previous history
I graduated in medicine in Mumbai (India), trained in paediatrics in London and Birmingham and specialised in paediatric neurology at Great Ormond Street hospital in London before moving to Cambridge in 2011.
I am affiliated to Cambridge University and regularly undertake teaching for medical and undergraduate students.
My research interests include gene therapies for neuromuscular disorders and newer treatments for childhood migraines.

Personal interests
When I am not at work I enjoy playing cricket, singing, running, and cooking. I am also a black belt martial artist.
