Dr Ania Manson

My current role

My clinical interests are in the management of the respiratory complications of immune deficiency and the management of hereditary angioedema. I am the lead for the laboratory immunology service at CUH and sit on the steering group for the East of England Immunoglobulin Assessment Panel.

Previous history

Before joining CUH in 2015 I was a specialist registrar in immunology at Barts and The London Hospital NHS Trust.

Membership and accreditation

I am a senior examiner for the Royal College of Pathologists (immunology).

Personal interests

I won the British Student Judo Championship in 1990 and represented Great Britain at the World Student Judo Championships the following year. I now enjoy the more sedate pleasure of bird watching with my family, but I am not very good at it.
