The Rosie Hospital now offers virtual and face-to-face breastfeeding workshops for expectant parents and their birthing partners. We recommend that you book this class when you are around 35-36 weeks pregnant.
What will the class cover?
The breastfeeding workshop is run by the infant feeding team and is an opportunity to find out more about the benefits of breastfeeding, how to get feeding off to a good start, the value of skin-to-skin contact, support that is available and much more.
When and where
The workshop is held every Tuesday, alternating between virtual and face-to-face sessions:
- Virtual Workshop: Delivered via Microsoft Teams. A link and login details will be provided in your booking confirmation.
- Face-to-Face Workshop: Held at The Rosie Hospital, Robinson Way, Cambridge, CB2 0SW, in Seminar Rooms 2A/2B.
