Support your forearm on a table, with your hand relaxed over the edge.

Lift hand up from the wrist - relax and let your hand drop.

Repeat ___ times.

Bend your wrist first towards the little finger and then towards the thumb.

Support your forearm on a table as shown.

Make a fist, then straighten your fingers and bend your wrist down.

Stand or sit, with your forearms horizontally in front of you and palms together.

Push your palms together.

Hold for ___ seconds.

Repeat ___ times, ___ times a day.

Clasp your hands together and support your forearms on a table with your hands over the edge.

Bend your wrist up and down.

Repeat ___ times, ___ times a day.

Place the wrist of your affected hand beyond the edge of the table with the palm down.

Place the other hand on the back of your affected hand.

Gently and slowly bend the hand at the wrist towards the floor, keeping the forearm flat on the table.

Hold for ___ seconds.

Clasp your hands together and support your forearms on a table.

Put the back of one hand on the table and then turn your hands and put the back of the other hand on the table.

Stand next to a table.

Place your palm flat on the table and straighten wrist and elbow as much as possible.

Hold for ___ seconds.
