Complete failure to fertilise
In very uncommon cases, none of the eggs collected fertilise. In this case, a refund of £200 will be given after each cycle.
Freeze all embryos
It may be necessary to freeze all your embryos for clinical reasons, most commonly because of the risk of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome. In these circumstances you will pay £325 for the vitrification and 1 frozen blastocyst cycle incl. medication.
Any refunds will be paid once our finance department has received confirmation of the change in treatment from Cambridge IVF staff. Payment will be to the card used for the initial payment.
