The Cambridge Independent is taking nominations for our Public Choice Award – and running some heart-warming patient stories.
This week the newspaper tells the story Annalisa Ross, from Hauxton, who gave birth to baby Emma while suffering from Covid-19 and was so impressed with her care she nominated midwife Isobel “Izzy” Riches.
Annalisa told the Independent:
Izzy took care of me during such a scary and delicate moment of my life when I had to go into hospital to have my baby whilst Covid positive.
