Disabilities listening session for patients and carers

We have collaborated with VoiceAbility (opens in a new tab) and will run a disabilities listening session for patients and carers. Your feedback will improve access to our services for current and future patients

The session will be held on Monday 27 February from 12:30 – 14:00.

We want to talk about your care in the following three services:
• Imaging - For example: CT, MRI and X-ray scans.
• Surgical ambulatory care.
• Day surgery.

The Surgical ambulatory care and the Day surgery unit provide day care treatments.

The listening session will be 90 minutes long and will take place via the video conferencing platform Microsoft Teams. Live captions will be enabled in the meeting.

To confirm your availability, please email cuh.foundation@nhs.net and let us know if you need support during the session such as a British Sign Language interpreter.
