What happens when I nominate?
Every team and individual nominee is sent a formal nomination letter via their manager which thanks them for their work and provides details of their nomination. The name of the nominator is not included in these letters.
Individual winners are chosen monthly and team winners are chosen quarterly. Winners, who are chosen by the You Made a Difference Panel, are invited to attend a presentation hosted by a member of the Trust’s Executive Team. Their photographs are displayed in main reception and the corridor to the ATC and the nomination details are posted on the CUH website.
