What happens when I nominate?
All nominees are sent a formal nomination letter via their manager. This thanks them for their work and provides details of their nomination. The name of the nominator is not included in these letters.
The 'You Made a Difference' panel choose individual winners monthly. Team winners are chosen quarterly.
Winners are invited to attend a presentation hosted by a member of the Trust’s Executive Team. Their photographs are displayed in the main reception and the corridor to the ATC. Nomination details are posted on the CUH website.
