Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Our satisfaction surveys are part of the Friends and Family Test survey programme.

NHS organisations across England ask their patients to complete them.

These include:

• adult and children’s wards
• clinics
• day units
• emergency department
• maternity

If you're asked, please complete the survey to let us know how we're doing.

We use a variety of methods to survey our patients and you may receive a text message from ‘CUH NHS’ or staff may ask you to fill out a comment card, a survey on an iPad or to scan a QR code.
