Kana is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon, specialising in cleft lip and palate surgery and paediatric plastic surgery.
She is seen operating on patient Holly who was born with a cleft lip and palate, and wishes to have a final procedure.
Kana has published numerous research papers, most recently in May 2022 in the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery detailing the impact of COVID-19 on cleft services in Great Britain and Northern Ireland
When not treating patients, Kana likes to unwind by playing the violin, travelling and spending time with her family.
